Frequently asked questions

How do I confirm my booking?
Your booking is confirmed once you have entered your payment details and pressed the confirm button. You will then receive a confirmation email with the details of the selected package, including pricing and your order number. Please quote this order number when you contact Al Haramain Travels. Before departure, we recommend that flights are reconfirmed to avoid any issues.
How can I book an e-ticket?
At the airport, you will need to show a copy of the confirmation email sent by Al Haramain Travels along with a copy of your valid passport, and an e-ticket will be issued to you.
How do I cancel a booked flight?
A cancellation request can be sent to inquiries@alharamaintravel.co.uk via email or by telephone on 0161 526 9732. If payment for a booking has not been received within 72 hours, it will be cancelled automatically.
When and how do I receive my ticket(s)?
Tickets are sent via courier. In the UK, customers usually receive tickets by registered mail — a signatory must be present, or the ticket will need to be collected from a location we will confirm. Please keep photo ID with you. UPS is commonly used for ticket delivery worldwide; for Heathrow and Gatwick, personal collection is also available. Tickets can be received within 7 days of booking. If that window is not available, the ticket will be sent within 24 hours on an urgent basis.
What is the baggage allowance?
Hand baggage (cabin baggage) allowance varies from airline to airline. Please check with the airline you are flying with for the weight and size allowed.
